Atos SE is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of a critical IT services portfolio and ensure delivery of high-quality services. You will act as the primary customer contact, oversee performance, SLAs and governance, and drive continuous service improvement across multi-vendor environments.

The role requires proactive leadership, cross-functional coordination, and strong reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in IT service delivery and customer-facing IT operations.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
• Strong incident, problem, change, and major incident handling in complex IT environments.
• Data-driven decision making with service performance reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of services within specified portfolios.
• Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Act as primary operational contact for customers and maintain relationships.
• Monitor, report on service performance and prepare dashboards and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure service quality.
