SITA Group in Switzerland seeks a senior leader to head Brand and Design. You will own the brand strategy, architecture and the visual identity system, and oversee the creative output that represents SITA both internally and externally.

You will manage the creative director, brand manager and design team, set the standard, define future brand direction, and ensure every output looks like a company that leads its industry.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy and brand management.

Aufgaben

• Build the strategic brand platform including architecture and identity.
• Own the corporate messaging framework and tone.
• Direct brand campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Lead design direction including publications, presentations, films and event environments.
• Set creative briefs and approve work from internal teams and agencies.
• Collaborate with global teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
