Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support for efficient operation of Global Communications team.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel; submit expense reports in Concur.
• Schedule meetings and calls across multiple time zones for the VP and teams.
• Create requisitions in Ariba; check payments to vendors and consultants.
• Track budget forecasts and prepare budget reports.
• Foster cross-functional communication and information sharing.
• Coordinate events and catering for meetings and events.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and maintain organized office.
• Act as liaison between departments to promote collaboration.
• Promote AI-enabled productivity tools and establish best practices.
