• Interact with clients and manage multiple projects.
• Provide thought leadership to address business challenges.
• Coordinate end-to-end tech capabilities (BI, Analytics, AI, Cloud, MDM).
• Plan capacity and report project status; act as escalation path.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
