TaskHived, an early-stage AI company, is building a Zurich-based workstream and seeks a hands-on coordinator. You will support coordination with Zurich-based partners, help structure workflows and evaluation scenarios, and assist with German-English communication where needed.

The role focuses on coordination and structured thinking, not engineering. English is required; German at working level is preferred. The position is paid and scope based on availability.

Qualifikationen

• ETH / EPFL MSc, PhD, or recent graduate.
• Strong structured thinking and communication skills.
• Interest in AI systems, startups, or real-world deployment.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
• English required. German at working level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support coordination with Zurich-based partners and stakeholders.
• Help structure project workflows and evaluation scenarios.
