Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in IT controls advisory, audit, or risk management, with 3–4 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Expertise in risk assessment, control design, testing, remediation, and leading controls automation or digitalization initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams with mentoring and talent development.
• Strong business development and consultative selling experience; ability to grow strategic accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML; architect AI-driven control solutions and guide AI governance challenges.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic initiatives to assess technology risks and design AI-enabled controls and compliance frameworks.
• Drive internal controls transformation through digitalization and AI-enabled automation.
• Identify emerging technology risk issues and translate into actionable opportunities.
• Develop market offerings, reusable assets, and strategic alliances for AI-enabled controls transformation.
• Originate and shape new client engagements by leveraging a professional network and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams; mentor and develop talent.
• Represent Deloitte’s capability at client events and industry forums.
