Job summary

Biogen International GmbH, Baar (ZG), seeks a Global Commercial Lead for Dravet to drive global commercialization strategies and lead the Global Marketing team. You will focus on short-term revenue targets while shaping long-term lifecycle management and indication expansion across key markets.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s with an advanced degree, 15+ years in pharma/biotech, and proven cross-functional leadership in matrix environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline; MBA, MSc, or PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in pharma/biotech with biotech product launch experience.
• Direct affiliate in-market experience; ex-US experience preferred.
• P&L experience preferred; strong leadership in cross-functional, matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global commercialization strategies to maximize revenue across key markets.
• Own and implement short-term brand plans with focus on immediate revenue targets.
• Lead the Global Marketing team in campaigns, messages, and omni-channel content.
• Provide commercial input into lifecycle management and indication expansion.
• Maintain ownership of the target product profile throughout its lifecycle.
