Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Clinical Research, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical research with site management and monitoring expertise.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines including ICH E6(R3).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex matrix organizations.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of clinical monitoring and site management.
• Harmonize practices globally to be inspection-ready and compliant with GCP.
• Coordinate with country, regional, and global teams, CROs, vendors and study clusters.
