Merck Healthcare in Switzerland is seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to manage Phase I–III studies and medical device investigations in a hybrid model. You will lead large, global project teams, shape trial strategy, and ensure delivery within budget, timelines, and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years in clinical research in CRO or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry with at least 7 years in clinical trial management including managerial responsibility.
• Proven experience managing medical device clinical investigations across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of ISO 14155, ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory requirements; PM certification desirable.

• Lead global Phase I–III studies and medical device investigations in a hybrid-sourcing or in-house model.
• Direct large-sized global project teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering on budgets, timelines and quality.
