Job summary

Nestlé Product Development Center for Nutrition & Health in Switzerland is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist to ensure study products are delivered on time and in full compliance, from production through release and shipment to study sites worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with product development, clinical project management, clinical research, quality, pilot plant and logistics teams, as well as factories and external partners to improve lives through nutrition innovation.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of food science and technology.
• Hands-on experience in trial preparation, execution and release.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.
• Autonomous mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant clinical study supplies are delivered on time.
• Coordinate production readiness, labeling, and release documentation.
• Collaborate with sites, factories and logistics partners globally.
• Design trial packaging and distribution workflows.
• Foster training and process improvements across the network.
• Maintain visibility of studies and manage stock levels.
