Nestlé Research in Switzerland seeks a Specialist Biostatistician to provide statistical expertise across clinical trials, from design to reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will program in R or SAS, ensure compliance with ICH GCP and CDISC, and mentor colleagues to elevate statistical practice. This is a pivotal role for advancing nutrition and pharmaceutical assets at Nestlé.

Qualifications

• Strong biostatistics and clinical trial expertise for evidence generation.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver reliable results.
• Experience with ICH GCP, EMA, FDA and CDISC standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Providing statistical expertise that strengthens study design and analysis.
• Developing protocols and SAPs to support study execution.
• Programming analyses in R or SAS to produce reproducible results.
• Presenting trial results clearly to scientists and stakeholders.
