Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to clinical project management or clinical research.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• At least 7 years in clinical research and project management within biotech, pharma, or CRO.
• Strong leadership and direct people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Project Management function and align with business growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers across levels while building a high-performing team.
• Plan workforce and allocate resources, addressing gaps and succession risks.
• Oversee portfolio delivery, meet sponsor expectations, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Mentor PMs in risk management, stakeholder relations, and decision-making.
• Collaborate across functions to promote scalable delivery and best practices.
• Ensure use of trial management systems and compliant QA standards.
