Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager in Switzerland to lead clinical research study delivery, coordinating sponsors, sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality deliverables.

You will support site activation, patient recruitment tracking, documentation, and milestone management while growing expertise in trial delivery and stakeholder management within a science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical research or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years in a similar role with clinical study management in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• At least 2 years coordinating clinical trial management activities.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements (FDA/Canada).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to prepare project documents and reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Experience applying structured project management approaches on small to mid-size projects.
• Understand core PM principles and develop resource-based project plans.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of clinical research projects within budgets and timelines.
• Act as a point of contact for sponsors, vendors, and teams to manage expectations and communication.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and deadlines across departments for site activation and study delivery.
• Collaborate with site start-up, regulatory, and vendor teams to align activities with timelines.
• Monitor milestones, elevate risks, and contribute to corrective actions.
• Assist with project status reporting, risk management, and TMF quality reviews.
• Review and contribute to project plans, SOPs, and study documentation.
• Ensure study documents meet country-specific and study requirements.
• Coordinate site feasibility, patient recruitment tracking, and investigator meeting planning.
• Support regulatory submissions with regulatory affairs teams.
