Job summary

Ascent Health Services LLC in Switzerland is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to guide and grow our PM group, turning business needs into practical, measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional, technology-focused initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and partner with stakeholders to shape priorities while mentoring project managers and business analysts. Residency in Switzerland is required, with a hybrid work setup and healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in a matrix organization.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency at a C1 level in English.
• Experience with technology-focused projects.
• PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Residency in Switzerland and a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Build strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities across the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, including technology-focused initiatives.
• Oversee project priorities, risks, dependencies, resources, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and ways of working.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
