Jobbasel, on behalf of a Basel-based client in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist to manage on-time delivery performance for clinical shipments across the global distribution network. The role spans coordination with Clinical Demand and Supply stakeholders and representation in Protocol Execution Teams and Global Supply Execution Teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 3-4+ years of professional experience in clinical supply chain, clinical trial logistics, warehouse management, or related supply chain discipline.
• Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is advantageous.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage.
• Language skills: English.

Aufgaben

• Manage on-time delivery performance for clinical supply shipments across the global distribution network.

• Represent distribution activities in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and other meetings.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational or system-related issues that may impact delivery performance.
• Execute activities within CLARA, including first- and second-level diagnostics.
• Support quality-related processes, including incidents, CAPAs, and change management where applicable.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous-improvement initiatives within the global clinical distribution organisation.

Your experience/knowledge:
