Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems and NOS/VMI concepts.
• Experience building net-new SOPs from scratch.
• Strong ability to manage expectations with senior leadership.
• Autonomous, strategic thinker with ability to simplify complexity.

Aufgaben

• Act as the global primary point of contact and coordination hub for the Cadence program across merchandising, commercial, and planning.
• Coordinate global program milestones and season intake to enable continuous stock and sales planning ecosystem.
• Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand, aligning regional operations to smooth delivery capacity and reduce peaks.
• Lead evolution of safety stock planning, migrating to automated, end-to-end solutions.
• Drive process improvements and establish repeatable SOPs powering the responsive supply chain at scale.
• Define detailed processes per best-in-class industry standards for responsive and NOS programs.
• Measure and publish key metrics indicating program health, including incremental sales and inventory health.
• Share status reports highlighting risks and mitigations.
