Zusammenfassung

On is seeking a Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows to act as the global command center for the Cadence and continuous replenishment programs. You will align cross-functional stakeholders across merchandising, commercial, and planning to ensure timely execution.

Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, you will support building the operational backbone, coordinate milestones, and partner with systems teams to automate processes where possible, enabling On to scale its responsive supply chain

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in footwear or apparel industries desired.
• Ability to translate supply chain realities into robust SOPs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations and Tech teams.
• Autonomous, strategic thinker who can set priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Aufgaben

• Operational Lead: act as global primary point of contact and coordinating hub for the Cadence program across merchandising, commercial, and planning.
• Ecosystem Orchestration: coordinate global milestones and manage season intake to build a seamless, continuous stock and sales planning ecosystem.
• Flow Optimization: oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand and synchronize delivery capacity across regions.
• Safety Stock Governance: lead the evolution of safety stock planning toward automated, end-to-end solutions.
• Scalable Responsiveness: drive process improvements and establish robust SOPs powering a responsive supply chain at scale.
• Define detailed processes: align with best-in-class industry standards for responsive and NOS programs.
• Measure & publish: track metrics indicating program health, incremental sales, and inventory health.
• Share status reports: highlight risks and mitigation strategies during execution.
