Zusammenfassung

On recruits a seasoned Inbound Transport Operations Lead in Zurich to drive strategic initiatives and optimize product flows from factories to warehouses. You will oversee inbound transport performance across air, sea, road, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency while maintaining SLAs and lead times.

You will partner with LSPs, regional teams, and planning to mitigate disruptions, standardize processes, and continuously improve the global transport network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems or operations; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in global transport operations, ideally in apparel/fashion supply chains or freight forwarding/carrier industries.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic initiatives for Transport Operations, including establishing flows to new warehouses and onboarding of Logistics Service Providers.
• Lead and optimize inbound delivery performance across modes (air, sea, road) to meet SLAs and lead-time benchmarks.
• Foster partnerships with LSPs, regional operations, customs and planning to mitigate disruptions and drive improvements.
