UNDP Geneva seeks a Business and Human Rights Specialist to advance the B+HR initiative, work with Global Policy Adviser on BHR, and support Regional Focal Points. You will help mobilize resources, draft project notes, and ensure strong partnerships with UNDP teams and other agencies.

The role emphasizes knowledge generation on due diligence, policy advice, and sustained leadership in human rights integration across programmes. Fluent English required, additional UN languages desirable.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years (with master) or 7 years (with bachelor) of relevant professional experience in human rights or BHR.
• Experience drafting project concept notes and securing resource mobilization.
• Experience with intergovernmental organizations and UNDP collaborations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN official language desirable.
