Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Advanced degree in law, human rights, international relations or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in human rights and/or BHR for international orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UNDP's global B+HR initiative and coordinate with regional offices and partners.
• Develop policies, due diligence guidance, and capacity-building activities.
• Draft project concepts, monitor implementation, and support resource mobilization and reporting.
