UNDP Geneva seeks a Business and Human Rights Specialist to support the global B+HR initiative, coordinates donor-funded activities, and collaborate with regional focal points to advance sustainable development through human rights due diligence. The role requires juggling multiple projects, policy guidance, and cross‑agency coordination in a fast-paced UN environment.

Competenze

Fluency in English is required for communication and reporting to partners.
Experience with intergovernmental organizations and governance structures is essential.
Knowledge of human rights due diligence, including corporate responsibility, is required.
Experience drafting project concept notes and successful resource mobilization is needed.

Mansioni

Provide technical and programmatic advisory support for the global B+HR initiative.
Coordinate donor-funded projects, events in Geneva, and UN forums on BHR.
Develop knowledge products and support resource mobilization and partnerships.
Consolidate contributions to regional/ country-level work plans and reporting.
