GloJobs is recruiting for a role in Geneva to support OHCHR's Innovation & Analytics Hub in data, statistics and indicators development. The incumbent will work under the Human Rights Statistics Unit and contribute to methodological guidance, data collection and analysis for global reporting.

The position requires advanced degrees or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Advanced degree required in statistics, economics, development studies, law or social sciences related to human rights.
• A first level university degree plus two years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.

Mansioni

• Supports development and application of definitional, methodological, data collection and disaggregation guidance on indicators identified under international human rights standards.
• Supports organization and delivery of training activities and technical assistance with partners and stakeholders.
• Reviews literature and standards in human rights and statistics relevant to measurement of international human rights standards.
• Organizes and processes collection, analysis and dissemination of statistical data for global and country-level reporting.
