Teoxane SA seeks a Global Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to drive end-to-end e-commerce across multiple markets. You will coordinate campaigns, manage daily website operations, and optimize the CRM calendar to boost engagement and retention.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar field, proficiency with Shopify and Salesforce Commerce, and strong SEO/SEA and marketplace experience. This is a 6-month, on-site contract in Geneva with flexible start dates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role within cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods sectors.
• Experience with Shopify and Salesforce Commerce; proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Aufgaben

• Execute the e-commerce trading calendar across assigned markets (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, UK, US, Australia).
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotions across markets.
• Manage daily operations of Teoxane's e-commerce websites, keeping them up to date.
• Coordinate website updates (banners, landing pages, navigation, product pages, content).
• Identify and coordinate UX/customer journey improvements with internal teams and partners.
• Build and optimize the CRM calendar (newsletters, campaigns, segmentation, automated journeys).
• Monitor sales, traffic and e-commerce KPIs; produce performance reports and recommendations.
• Manage external e-commerce agency relationships for marketplace and e-retailer ops.
• Coordinate artwork creation, review and validation for products; proofread packaging texts.
• Maintain artwork databases, templates and spec files.
• Support 2027 packaging redesign rollout timelines, mock-ups and validation with agencies.
• Contribute to identifying sustainable and compliant packaging materials and formats.
• Support supplier scouting, benchmarking and qualification, and feasibility planning.
