• At least 5 years in a similar role within cosmetics, beauty or consumer goods.

Aufgaben

• Execute the e-commerce trading calendar across markets, coordinating campaigns and launches.
• Manage daily operations of Teoxane's e-commerce sites and keep content up to date.
• Coordinate UX improvements with internal teams and partners.
• Build the CRM calendar to drive engagement and retention.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and produce performance reports.
• Oversee external e-commerce agency relationships for marketplaces.
• Coordinate artwork creation, proofreading of packaging texts and layouts.
• Support 2027 packaging redesign rollout with timelines and validation.
• Identify sustainable and compliant packaging materials and formats.
• Assist in supplier scouting and initial qualification.
