Job summary

EF Educational Tours in Zurich is seeking an Operations Trainee for a 6-9 month, full-time, office-based role. You will support tour planning, delivery, procurement and customer support across the Operations teams, working with colleagues and external suppliers from our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for coordinating operations, assisting with bookings, resolving on-tour questions, and driving continuous improvement with a strong customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operational support to plan, prepare and deliver tours.
• Tour coordination including bookings, reservations and allocations.
• On-tour support and escalation of issues as needed.
• Stakeholder collaboration across Operations and EF teams.
• Supplier coordination with external partners for logistics and service quality.
• Problem-solving and ownership of routine tasks and incidents.
• Data, systems and administration to maintain accurate information.
• Continuous improvement by contributing ideas to processes and tools.
