Novartis in Switzerland is seeking an Associate Access Director to shape and deliver access strategy, translating science into payer value propositions and securing patient access across the R-D-C continuum.

You will collaborate with International teams, TAs, Medical Affairs, Development, HEOR and Pricing to drive evidence packages, pricing guidance, and budget management while ensuring consistent access outcomes worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Strategic access planning across the R-D-C continuum is required.
• Experience shaping payer value propositions and HTA evidence.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams across regions and countries.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Proven success in reimbursement negotiations and market access.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the Integrated Product Access strategy across the product lifecycle with payer-focused value propositions.
• Support countries for payer negotiations and timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure Access input is reflected in TPPs, clinical programs and BD&L assessments.
• Identify evidence needs for reimbursement decisions across geographies beyond registration studies.
• Collaborate with HEOR/PCO to deliver high-quality cross-franchise strategy.
• Manage Access community and budgets.
• Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours of receipt.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.
