Omnilex is seeking a high-impact Rollout Lead to own firm-wide deployments for key law firm accounts. You will work inside client workflows, translate legal needs into product requirements, and ensure successful adoption across firms.

You will bridge lawyers and engineers, shape the roadmap with frontline insights, and move initiatives from pilot to full deployment. A legal background and client-facing presence are essential, with equity and flexible work options offered.

Qualifikationen

• Legal background with a law degree or equivalent experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong understanding of how decisions are made inside law firms.
• Comfortable in client meetings and product syncs with engineers.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and ability to move slow-moving institutions forward.
• Structured, persistent, and precise communicator.

• Turn key accounts into firm-wide rollouts.
• Own testing and rollout at strategic accounts.
• Consult firms on integrating Omnilex into workflows.
• Identify blockers to adoption and remove them.
• Lead rollouts from pilot to full deployment with lawyers.
• Capture feedback to inform the product roadmap.
• Coordinate with engineering to align features with legal context.
• Run working sessions with lawyers to demonstrate fit.
• Explain new features in legal terms through materials and webinars.
