Job summary

LEXR in Switzerland is seeking a Tech Lawyer to support fast-growing tech clients with day-to-day legal needs, hybrid or remote. The role requires a Swiss bar admission and full proficiency in German and English, with a strong interest in technology and digital business models.

You will join a collaborative team of tech counsels focusing on contracts, IP, and regulatory matters, taking ownership of client relationships and delivering pragmatic, business-first legal advice across jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the single point of contact for fast-scaling tech companies, supporting them with their day-to-day legal needs.
• Advise innovative entrepreneurs on how to mitigate the regulatory impact on their products and services.
• Work closely within a great team of other tech counsels in building and advancing our practice in the fields of contracts, IP, and digital regulations.
• Take ownership of your client relationships, projects, and decisions – with the freedom to shape how you work.

Hard Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Full professional proficiency in both German and English
• Swiss bar admission
• Strong interest in technology and digital business models

Great to Have

• Hands on technological experience – for example:
  • Having built an app
  • Having constructed a robot
  • Holding a drone license
• Business experience – for example:
  • Having started a company yourself
  • Having worked in a scale-up / high-growth tech company
  • Having worked in venture capital
• Relevant legal experience – for example:
  • Drafting and negotiating software contracts
  • Working with regulated technologies (e.g. drones, dual-use goods, AI, medical devices)
