Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece, seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support for customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will resolve inquiries, handle issues, and ensure a positive experience while working in a multicultural environment.

The role requires German at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, with on-site work Monday to Friday and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

German language at C1/C2 level.
English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems.
Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
