WW Talents in Athens, Greece, seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide professional support for customers across phone, email, and chat channels. You will resolve inquiries, handle issues, and ensure a positive experience while working in a multicultural environment.

The role requires German at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, with on-site work Monday to Friday and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.

Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
