Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens. You will provide professional support across phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience for premium brands.

Requirements include C1/C2 German and B2-C1 English, with prior CS experience preferred. On-site, with a relocation package and productivity bonuses based on targets.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and update records using CRM and support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow company procedures, service standards and quality guidelines
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
