Anapaya, a Swiss startup redefining secure networking with SCION, seeks a Junior Business Development Manager to drive growth in German-speaking Switzerland. You will hunt new customers, qualify opportunities, and close deals in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Reporting to the revenue team, you will learn the sales process from scratch, organize leads, and partner with marketing for campaigns and events to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in sales, business development or inside sales.
• Hunter mentality with resilience and drive to pursue new opportunities.
• Fluent in German; English required for internal communication.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn SCION, networking and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and confident phone manner for direct customer contact.
• Proficient with CRM tools and collaboration software.

Aufgaben

• Focus on active new customer acquisition in German-speaking Switzerland (hunting).
• Lead your first pitches, prepare offers, and drive deals forward with the team.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement lead-generation activities and attend trade events.
• Execute sales programs to achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
• Immerse in our technology to explain SCION, carrier networks, and modern app-based networking.
