IPPF in Geneva is seeking a Program Officer to support the Nexus Secretariat and Members by strengthening outreach, convenings, and communications.

You will analyze SRHR policy within UN processes, draft advocacy materials, and help manage donor reporting and secretariat operations. The role requires diplomatic judgment, strong planning, and willingness to travel to advance key moments in international health and human rights.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in international development or UN contexts preferred.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or French desirable.
• Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills required.

Aufgaben

• Support Nexus Members' outreach and convenings, including Ministerial and Ambassadorial Roundtables.
• Assist with development of cross-regional joint statements and donor reports.
• Coordinate with UN missions and capital colleagues on advocacy strategies and language guidance.
• Support secretariat operations: workplans, meetings, and retreat planning.
• Monitor indicators for donor reports and manage vendor relations.
