Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Geneva seeks a Tendering Sales Specialist for the Traction Transformers Service Business Unit. You will support commercial activities, customer service excellence and service quotation preparation throughout the customer lifecycle, acting as primary contact for quotations and pricing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in after-sales service, project management, commercial support, sales operations, spare parts administration, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of offer preparation, quotation management, contract negotiation, risk management and commercial terms, order execution, contract administration, logistics processes, invoicing, and customer support.
• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of rail rolling stock market and rail customers (OEM train manufacturers, rail operators, leasing companies) is an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage quotations for traction service activities using MS Office and pricing calculation templates, ensuring accurate commercial information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests, proactively following up on quotations, opportunities, and inquiries.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up on cases with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchasing, finance, and technical support) to ensure the creation and processing of service offers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and manage issues with escalation if needed.
• Provide customer support including sharing information about service offerings, products, and prices based on current standard rates.
• Maintain customer master data and ensure accurate archiving of commercial documentation across SAP, MDG, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure efficient order execution and an excellent customer experience throughout the spare parts lifecycle.
