Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Tender and Quotation Specialist to join the MICAFIL bushing factory in Switzerland. You will translate customer needs into competitive bids, align with Sales and internal teams, and ensure high-quality tender submissions.

The role requires 3+ years in tendering or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English; German is a plus. Hybrid/onsite work with global customers is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Background in administration or business with tendering experience.
• Strong bid preparation, cost estimation and price calculation skills.
• Knowledge of tender processes and contractual terms.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering and legal.

Aufgaben

• Analyze RFQs and tender documents to understand client requirements.
• Gather information from sales, engineering, and other internal teams for bids.
• Develop comprehensive tender and quotation documents with technical proposals.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete and meet deadlines.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client clarifications as needed.
• Maintain records of tender activities and improve processes.
