Hitachi Energy in Geneva is seeking a Tendering Sales Specialist for our Traction Transformers Service Business Unit. You will support commercial activities, customer service excellence, and service quotation preparation across the customer lifecycle, reporting to the Traction Service Sales and Marketing Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in after-sales, project management, or commercial support is a plus.
• Knowledge of offer preparation, quotation management, contract negotiation, and logistics processes is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage quotations for traction service activities using pricing templates and tools.
• Act as the primary contact for customer requests and follow up on quotations and inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, purchasing, finance and technical support to create and process offers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide information on service offerings, products and prices based on current rates.
• Maintain customer master data and archiving across SAP, MDG, SharePoint and other systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Logistics and Finance to ensure smooth order execution.
