Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Zurich seeks a Team Lead for the GCB tendering team to drive performance, manage daily sales operations, and build strong client relationships in the maintenance market.

You will lead, mentor, and recruit talent while shaping sales strategies and CPQ processes to accelerate growth. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in sales or business development, deep CRM knowledge (Salesforce), and a proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years’ experience in sales, technical sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, account management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics.
• Excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire, influence and develop a high-performing team.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and coach GCB tendering team members to achieve and exceed team and individual sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop of new team members.
• Elaborate and implement effective sales strategies to increase GCB maintenance market penetration and drive sustainable service order growth.
• Coordinate and actively pursue quotations/tenders; ensure professional quotations within timelines and handover to Order Management.
