Hi there. We’re looking for a senior frontend developer to join the Design System team in Neuchâtel. If you’re pas-sionate about frontend development, web standards, and care about the craft, we’d love to hear from you! With you we create the Post of tomorrow.
Open source is an important part of how we work. Building in the open helps us collaborate with partners and the wider frontend community. Check out the repository you'll be contributing to at https://github.com/swisspost/design-system.
The Design System team is distributed across Bern Wankdorf and Neuchâtel, and we're looking for a new col-league to strengthen our team in Neuchâtel. This hybrid role combines team-agreed office days with the flexibility to work from home.
We offer a fair salary of between CHF 100’200 and CHF 115’200 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply; in such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range.
With us, you work in a forward-looking, dynamic environment where you play your part and grow. With us, you can expect various benefits that you can use to flexibly structure your everyday life in line with your needs.
We send you on holiday for six weeks.
We support you with basic and advanced training, temporary job changes and offers of promotion opportunities.
We offer 18 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and four weeks of leave for the second parent. We also contribute to the costs of supplementary childcare.
We support you with individual working models. Mobile and flexible working, working from home or a third place, part-time work and job sharing.
We offer you the opportunity to use up to 20 days per year for a workation.
The collective employment contract protects, strengthens and creates clear rules – for fair employment and working conditions.
We offer you a free Half Fare Travelcard, a discounted GA Travelcard or a commuter bonus. You pay just CHF 10 per year for PubliBike or Velospot.
We offer you an attractive staff subscription for CHF 12.95 per month via PostMobile. At PostFinance, you also enjoy numerous benefits, such as a free private account.
We give you up to CHF 500 of staff credit that you can use for any products in Postshop (including gift cards) and for SBB and Reka products.
We will review your documents thoroughly. If you fit the profile we're looking for, we will contact you within two - three weeks.
We would be delighted to find out more about you during a first interview held online.
We would be pleased to welcome you in person to a second interview on our premises.
The final decision will generally be made six weeks after you have submitted your application.
If you receive a positive response, we will present you with a verbal contract offer. Provided you agree to this, we will confirm the contractual conditions via e-mail and create your employment contract.
