Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG seeks a Business Manager Front Office to provide day-to-day support to front units, helping with onboarding and core banking systems. The role requires strong analytical abilities, IT affinity, and excellent communication in English and German.

You will collaborate with various functions across Switzerland and international locations, contribute to efficiency improvements, and support regulatory-driven communications and data interfaces.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or completed banking apprenticeship (KV).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide fast, reliable day-to-day support to front employees regarding systems and processes.
• Be the subject-matter expert for core banking systems and onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase front-unit efficiency and support change initiatives.
• Assist with data interfaces for Financial Intermediaries and Business Introducers and payments processes.
• Coordinate mass mailings driven by regulatory and business requirements across the Group.
