Bank J. Safra Sarasin in Basel is seeking a Business Manager Front to provide day-to-day support to front units including Private Banking, Institutional Banking and External Asset Management in Switzerland and international locations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and excellent interpersonal communication to collaborate across functions and ensure efficient operations. English and German fluency are required, with additional languages considered an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or completed banking apprenticeship (KV).
• Basic knowledge of financial services; experience in a support role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to set priorities and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service orientation.
• Strong IT affinity and excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and German; French/Portuguese/Spanish/Italian are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide fast and reliable day-to-day support to front employees regarding systems and processes.
• Support key banking systems, client onboarding and core bank systems for front units.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and contribute to change initiatives.
• Support systems and process frameworks for regulatory and business requirements.
• Coordinate mass-mailings driven by regulatory and business needs across the Group.
