You will act as a subject-matter expert on systems and processes, helping front staff use tools efficiently. The role requires a university degree or banking apprenticeship, strong IT affinity, outstanding MS Office skills, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or related field or banking apprenticeship.
• Basic knowledge of financial services; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; service orientation.
• Fluent in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong IT affinity and solid MS Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Provide fast, reliable day-to-day front-office support on systems and processes.
• Act as subject-matter expert for onboarding and core banking systems.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and support change initiatives across front units.
• Coordinate data transfer interfaces and payment-related processes within frameworks.
• Manage mass-mailings driven by regulatory and business needs with partners.
