Your tasks

• Check-in and check-out of our international guests
• Answering all questions, concerns or complaints from our guests
• Processing reservations as well as telephone and written inquiries
• Preparation of guest invoices and cash accounting
• Working closely with other departments such as housekeeping to ensure that everything runs smoothly

You will inspire us with

• Ideally completed training in the hotel industry and/or initial experience at reception
• Enjoy working with guests and colleagues of different nationalities
• You are self-confident and keep a cool head even under stress
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• An independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English - any other language is an advantage
