Partner Company seeks an FP&A Lead based in Switzerland to establish and own the central financial planning and analysis function for a rapidly scaling AI technology business.

You will build the consolidated company model, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and create monthly reporting for executives and the board. This hands-on role shapes planning processes as the company positions for an IPO.

Qualificações

• Experience building driver-based models to guide decisions.
• Proven ability to lead annual budgets and reforecasts.
• Ability to present forecasts clearly to executives/board.
• Strong judgment on unit economics and investments.
• Hands-on with Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive Planning or similar tools.
• SQL data extraction and data warehouse awareness.
• Experience in an AI-first, fast-scaling tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own central FP&A, modeling, planning processes, and reporting.
• Build driver-based company and operating expense models in Pigment.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts with headcount/G&A focus.
• Deliver monthly financial narratives for execs and board.
• Assess investments, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Drive planning methodologies as the business scales toward IPO.
• Collaborate across commercial, product, and compute finance teams.
