Zusammenfassung

Swiss Re is seeking graduates for a 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027, based in Zurich. You will rotate into different local teams and receive tailored training to build expertise in financial planning and performance management.

As a Graduate in FP&A, you will analyse financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and develop insights for senior management, while engaging with Investor Relations and Strategy teams across the Group.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Aufgaben

• Analyze Swiss Re's financial performance and drivers.
• Support financial planning and performance management for senior leadership.
• Compare Swiss Re with peers by analyzing markets and investor views.
• Develop insights and materials for the CFO, CEO and Board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Strategy and Business Units.
