Swiss Re is seeking curious graduates for an 18-month Graduate Programme starting 1 September 2027 in Zurich. Aufgaben

• Contribute to the preparation and calculation of Swiss Re's available capital and its expected change under SST.
• Support the production of the annual SST report submitted to FINMA and the Financial Condition Report.
• Collaborate with Finance, Asset Management, Treasury, Finance IT and Risk Management.
• Analyze key drivers and prepare insights for Finance stakeholders and business partners.
• Execute consistency checks and ensure completeness of controls.
• Oversee the reconciliation of IFRS and SST balance sheets.
• Look for opportunities to standardize and automate reporting processes.
• Contribute to finance-related projects strengthening operational efficiency, controls and resilience.
• Support maintenance and development of financial codes for underlying calculations.
