Swiss Re - Schweizerische Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft in Zurich offers an 18-month Graduate Programme in Group Financial Performance Management & Planning (FP&A). You will rotate across local teams and receive tailored training, gaining a Group-wide view of financial decision-making and exposure to senior leaders.

We seek Bachelor's, Master's or PhD holders with up to three years' experience, strong analytical mindset, and fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience up to 3 years in finance-related roles is welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Analyse Swiss Re’s financial performance and identify key drivers, trends and developments behind the numbers.
• Contribute to financial planning and performance management for senior stakeholders.
• Analyse competitors, financial markets and investor perspectives to understand relative performance.
• Develop insights and materials for the Group CFO, Group CEO, Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate across Finance, Investor Relations, Strategy and the Business Units to build a broad network.
