Swiss Re is seeking curious graduates for an 18-month Finance Reporting Analyst programme in Zürich. You will contribute to quarterly financial reporting for the Life & Health division, collaborating with global experts and rotating through local teams to build deep expertise in financial performance reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with up to three years of experience, are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and understand IFRS.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and how they apply in financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings clearly in English

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate quarterly financial reporting processes with Group and regional finance teams
• Analyze L&H financial performance and explain variances
• Consolidate financial inputs from diverse stakeholders for accurate reporting
• Support external disclosures and internal management reporting with high-quality analyses
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analyses and projects
