Swiss Re is offering an 18-month Graduate Programme starting on 1 September 2027 in Zürich. Graduates with a Bachelor, Master or PhD and up to three years of experience will rotate through local teams, receive tailored training, and build expertise in financial reporting within Life & Health finance.

The programme focuses on financial performance reporting, with opportunities across Group Strategy, Group Reporting & FP&A, and other functions in Zurich, London, Paris, Milan and Bratislava.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards in financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver under time pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate quarterly financial reporting processes with Group Finance and regional teams
• Analyse and explain L&H financial performance and variances
• Consolidate financial inputs from diverse stakeholders for timely reporting
• Support external disclosures and internal management reporting with high-quality analysis
• Identify and drive improvements in reporting workflows
• Collaborate on ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior management
