Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Group Finance team in Glattpark, Zurich. You will work closely with the Group CFO, steering business performance through financial reporting, analysis and performance management.

You will consolidate data from regional finance teams, deliver insights, and support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. The role requires on-site presence in Zurich 3-4 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Windows Excel and BI/reporting tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly financial performance review process across all business units and corporate functions.
• Prepare and deliver operational finance reports, KPI dashboards and management presentations on deadlines.
• Analyze monthly results and identify variances vs budget, forecast and prior year.
• Support the Group CFO with financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Consolidate financial information from regional/local teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes and data visibility across the group.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Contribute to strategic projects and ad hoc analyses for the Group CFO.
