Aebi Schmidt Group in Glattpark, Zurich, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Group Finance team. You will work closely with the Group CFO to steer business performance through financial reporting, analysis and performance management.

The role involves coordinating monthly reviews, delivering KPI dashboards, analyzing results, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to strategic projects across the group.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years FP&A, Controlling experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with business insight.
• Fluency in English; German preferred; on-site Zurich 3-4 days/week.

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Glattpark, Zurich. You will act as an important link between operating units and Group Finance, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful reporting to support executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the monthly financial performance review process across all business units and corporate functions.

• Analyze monthly financial results and identify variances versus budget, forecast and prior year performance, providing actionable recommendations to management.


• Support the Group CFO with financial analysis, business performance monitoring and executive decision-making.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Controlling, Business Controlling or a comparable finance role within an industrial, manufacturing business environment.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.


• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment and communicate financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.


• Comfortable working with incomplete, evolving or complex datasets while applying sound judgment and a pragmatic business mindset.


• Highly organized, self-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.


• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an asset.


• Fluent in English; German is preferred.


• Willingness and ability to work on-site in the Zurich office 3-4 days per week.
